Reconciliation Manager
Our tool helps users identify and correct coding or posting problems when the accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts don’t reconcile with the subledger. AR subledger automation operates in the background and matches outstanding credit and debit transactions that would appear on the aging report detail. The Monthly Summary Analysis is designed to identify common posting issues, including transactions that were posted outside of the subledger. The Analysis by Dimension uses the vendor and customer dimensions to identify any discrepancies. Both analyses provide you with the variance amount between the subledger and the general ledger, enabling you to easily track any inconsistencies.
Refunds Manager
If you are using a third-party operation software, you can set up the integration to ensure that non-credit card refunds automatically clear customer balances and create the payables balance. For transactions generated directly in Intacct, you can use the Refunds Manager to create an accounts payable bill for customer refunds.
Deposits Manager
Effectively automates the process of depositing payments imported from ServiceTitan to Sage Intacct. The deposit functionality automatically matches credit card transactions (including negative lines such as refunds and chargebacks) using the reference number and amount and then creates a single journal entry to deposit the batch total as a summary transaction into the bank account.

Choose multiple accounts in the Reconciliation Manager
Select multiple AP and AR subledger accounts for use in the Home and Commercial Services Reconciliation Manger.
Customer merge
Allows users to automatically merge open transactions into one account when more than one customer record exists for the same customer.
Subledger automation process
Matches debit and credit transactions within the specified number of days, and remaining transactions with a balance-forward approach.
AR subledger automation
A configurable background process matches outstanding credit and debit transactions that would show up on the AR Aging report.
Average Cost tool
Ensure inventory balances are accurate by automatically adjusting the cost on inventory adjustment transactions from ServiceTitan. The Average Cost tool will automatically find the adjustment transaction in Intacct and repost it using the average cost instead of the list price.
Merge Customer
Our HCSM merges old customer accounts into existing customer accounts and will move all the open transactions from the old customer account and create replacement transactions in the existing customer account in detail.
