ICPro provides users with simple, easy-to-use scripts to run reports out of your Costpoint environment. Users are guided with a series of Q&A prompts, such as “How do I upload my data?”, “How do I run a Costpoint report?”, “How do I know my uploaded data is secure?” and more. Even after data import, you can make adjustments directly in ICPro (e.g., build home office ICPs, name your pools and bases, modify your general ledger amounts, etc.). You can even re-upload these files with new amounts or information and not lose your ICP progress.

Data imports directly from Deltek Costpoint

In addition to standalone segment ICPs, ICPro also has the capability of creating home office ICPs and connecting them to any related segments. On the ICPro Status Hub, you can toggle between home office ICPs and segment ICPs, review ICP details and ICP schedules, download drafts and take additional actions. These connections also exist on individual sections within ICPro. For example, in the “Org and Account Tagging” tab, you can quickly and conveniently navigate between your segment and home office ICPs without losing your progress on either side.

Home office capabilities

The ICPro Status Hub provides one central location to track your ICP’s status from start to finish. From one screen, you can walk through every step of the ICP creation process, including uploading documents, tagging orgs and accounts, setting up indirect pools/bases, processing adjustments, defining billable projects and subcontractor information, reconciling payroll, and documenting agreements and decisions. Each section includes common questions and issues contractors often encounter, as well as ways to flexibly add information and configure your ICP for all required ICP schedules.

Guided process through ICPro’s Status Hub

ICPro’s “Indirect Pool/Base Setup Summary” feature auto-populates based on the data from your Deltek Costpoint uploads. Pool/base names, mapping, costs, adjustments, allocations and other metadata is automatically pulled and populated from the Costpoint files you upload—with the ability to adjust and fill out additional required details through a variety of drop-down menus that auto populate and re-organize with each selection. ICPro automatically runs validation checks across the full ICP to check for any errors or discrepancies, designed to address all DCAA adequacy criteria prior to downloading the final submission.
